Payment
Payment for services are due at the time of service. Preferred – Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), HSA or debit cards. Payment for each session will be processed following the session. Inquire for pricing, discount for self-pay.
Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule or cancel a session at no charge with a minimum 24-hour notice. Cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice or missed sessions (no call) will be charged at full price.
Insurance
Now accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming (BCBSWY).
Will soon be accepting insurance from AZ companies. Feel free to inquire about this.
You may have “out-of-network benefits” through your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Upon request, a superbill may be provided that includes information required by insurance companies to reimburse out-of-network services. We are not a medicaid/medicare provider at this time.
For further inquiries please check your specific insurance policy coverage carefully by asking the following questions.
• Do I have mental/behavioral health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• Do I have a different out of network deductible?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
